Interior Design

Our interior design services typically include the complete design of a space. We begin by developing a thoughtful floor plan that addresses functional needs, alongside the development of a project’s aesthetic language. Plans and elevations are developed in both 2D and 3D, and alongside reference images and physical samples to properly relay the vision and inform each decision. We then move into execution by sourcing, designing, and purchasing all furnishings, decorative lighting, window treatments, art, and accessories. Our designs include new production items, bespoke ones, and vintage and antique pieces that we have meticulously restored. Throughout this process, we take the time to understand nuanced preferences such as comfort or function, natural inclinations in design and color, as well as incorporating existing furnishings and art. No detail is overlooked. We manage all aspects of this process to ensure a seamless, turnkey installation with every accessory placed and every piece of art installed.


Interior Architecture

Our studio offers interior architectural design services to assist in the design and execution of construction. This includes options extending from full architectural design direction from a project’s inception (such as a ground up build or gut renovation) to assistance in selecting finishes for a renovation. Similar to our interior design process, we develop a vision for the space through our conceptual design phase prioritizing functionality and one’s daily experience, alongside the aesthetic style. After the concept is realized, we refine the design through the sequential phases using 2D and 3D drawings, reference images and physical samples, thereby ensuring the design goals, aesthetically and functionally, are met. Our team works alongside the architect by providing drawings for design intent for all related aspects of construction. Through our experience, we are also able to assist in budget allocation, thereby informing optimal decision making considering impact and cost. We also specialize in sourcing construction finishes such as tile, stone slabs, wall treatments, flooring, moldings, hardware, lighting, millwork, and other related finishes. All information will be relayed in specbook format to the respective teams, and site visits and meetings will ensure that the design is executed accordingly. As unexpected situations arise (as they always seem to do) we will work efficiently and collaboratively to find solutions and fully realize the design objective.


Consulting

We offer consulting services in an array of areas including interior and architectural design, and extending to property selection, renovation assessment, budget reviews, and floor plan development. Additionally we can assist in sourcing ad hoc furniture, art, and creating bespoke furnishings.
